Is this workunit likely to sent out out again sometime, so it can be validated, or is it more likely to gather dust?
Well, as it's an Astropulse task, you could ask about it on the Astropulse message board - or just read Joe's pre-prepared answer here. |

Errrmmmmmmmmmm........ absolutley NONE of that made sense to me, I'm afraid. I have no idea why statistical analyses have an effect on the question in hand, but thanks anyway, Richard. I guess I'll wander round until I can find an answer I can understand!
Cheers

Sorry about that. I seem to be having forum glitches today - first it logged me out, now it's not showing the answer I thought I'd already written. Maybe I only got as far as previewing it - not enough caffeine yet.
Anyway, I just meant to show you the very latest post in that thread, which says:
1154148 is this going to ever be sent out again?
Yes, but replacement tasks go at the end of whatever "ready to send" queue there was. For your case the task is 4256790 and work send hasn't gotten that far yet. I have a similar case but even older in WU 1223913 where task 4240201 has been waiting to be sent since July 15.
But I would still suggest that you should post Astropulse questions in the Astropulse forum. |

That's a lot more easy to understand :)
Unfortunately, I don't get a lot of time to study the boards recently, so I sometimes miss the right thread/message board to place my posts. (New job coming up, just got married, etc...)
I have had a bit of an absence, and suddenly find S@h is sending out Astropulse units. There is a bit of catching up to do, methinks...
