http://setiweb.ssl.berkeley.edu/beta/result.php?resultid=8826467
http://setiweb.ssl.berkeley.edu/beta/result.php?resultid=8681024

The WU’s have run to full 100% and have produced An OS error message of :-{astropulse_5.05_windows_intelx86_ati13ati.exe has stopped working} A problem caused the program to stop working correctly. Windows will close the program and notify you if a solution is available.

Any ideas please.?

I had the same problem with two ATI work units. They both failed around 98%. Also, while I was running the work units on my 5870, the "Catalyst Control Center" said that there was no activity, and the temps where idle temps.

Good morning Ryan.

Re booted this host from my C drive which has ATI 10.7 drivers plus SDK v2.2 and has not been updated since the last batch of (ati13ati) WU's downloaded and run a WU okay.

Then went back to the G drive rebooted and restored ATI 10,7 SDK v2.2 run a WU okay have just starting another WU report later. I hope that this has cleared the problem.

The (ati13ati) runs mostly on the CPU with very little GPU activity to get some idea of the activity I would suggest downloading GPU-Z which has a running graph there are seven or eight periods of 1 to 2 seconds of about 74% followed by 20 seconds of 74%.

There is a post somewhere way back from Claggy or Richard or Raistmer that explains it.

Michael
