This task already got posted in Eric's News thread and crashed either because it switched to battery power OR because it was manually paused in BOINC's Tasks tab. Will try to investigate when I've got a bit more time on my hands and after hopefully actually managing to complete a task. Also worth mentioning is the fact that the task ran for about 8hrs but is showing far less. If this happens on a task that manages to complete, I'm guessing my APR is gonna be crazy high :)

This VLAR looked like it wanted to run but I think I accidentally killed it when I turned off ASUS' custom battery saving option.

This task was doing quite well until I missed a call on my phone:

Under location options (school, work, etc.) there's a mobile option.

When I select it and hit Update I get a message saying "bad venue".

It was disabled after it was added, in time they'll probably re-enable it.

Thanx for the reply Claggy. Always appreciated.

I was sooooo proud of this VLAR slowly chugging along... then my phone rang :(
Dunno why it's showing 15min again... closer to 15hrs.

NNT for now and probably going to follow Raistmer's advice when I get a chance.

Just bumping this thread...

Mostly set to NNT but occasionally have a go at crunching with new apps. Have yet to complete a WU successfully though.

Might want to try the newly release v7.21 range of apps.

No dice.

v7.21 produces errors after 5-10 min (best case scenario)

I'm starting to feel bad that I haven't got the time to figure out exactly why nativeBOINC (sorry Raistmer) doesn't want to produce a debug log... atm it's b****ing about my having a stock version of Android?

Ummmm... why are you trying to run ARM software on an IA platform?

I'll assume you're using emulation in which case the fault is more than likely the emulator.
