I'm using nativeboinc on a Droid 2. I got two work units one v6 and one v7, both completed. Two more work units downloaded and are half-finished.

The two completed work units that say "Ready to Report" haven't reported and I don't see a way to force them to.

Is there something I should know? I've read-around on the message boards, but I'm not having any luck finding anyone else having this problem.

According to the nativeboinc Useful Tips and Tricks page,

you can send finished tasks with using 'do communication network' button on the large widget (the last button on the right bottom corner).

But that shouldn't be necessary, unless you specifically want to check the task output quickly as part of your testing regime.

All other versions of BOINC automatically report completed work whenever new work is fetched (and at a large number of other trigger points, too), and I don't see why nativeboinc should be any different.

Thanks Richard.

I was flying Widgetless, but I fixed it and there's the button just as you and the helpful tips page said.

I didn't need to use it. Sometime between then and now the app did upload the first two results and downloaded another work unit. It's just weird that it took it more than 12 hours after the units were complete to decide to upload.

I thought that was unexpected behavior, anyway. It might be perfectly normal.

Thanks again for that pointer.

Is there anything else I should be doing to help the beta-testing?
