It's a funny thing, but when I found out that a project I am freely giving some of my computer resources to, isn't exporting stats to the places that you look at to check on your workrate, my first thought was, best tell them so they can rectify this! I wouldn't want them to upset their volunteers.
So when I discover that it's been like this for *months*, that people have raised it politely as an issue ages ago, I looked again. OK so they may well have plenty of other more important things to do, perhaps they only have time to put a big notice on the front main page to say "Sorry but we haven't been exporting stats for months now, unless you are in it for the specific project aims themselves, then you might not want to waste time running this project" But oh look! There doesn't seem to be such a notice unless you dig deep to find references like this thread in the forum. I accept that I am new to this and I may have missed looking in an obvious place, and that I am about to be mobbed by people saying "Didn't you think to look there numbnuts?", but at the moment I am struggling to come to a conclusion that doesn't show the project in a bad light. It almost gives the impression that the project doesn't really care about their primary resource!
Common sense tells me that I must be wrong though, and shall continue to search for proof! Perhaps I should have held my tongue, and I suspect I am about to be mobbed by responses telling me how wrong I am, and to shut up and be grateful for the opportunity to run Seti Beta. Perhaps I shouldn't hit the Post Reply button - oops!

I don't know why anyone would have disabled that. It's enabled again.

I just noticed. Thanks, Eric.

And to everyone who has been complaining about it, SEE, your accumulated stats have now been reported to the external sites and are all up to date.

Some of us don't like having 1.4 million 'stones reported on a single day - when an average day (for me, at least...) is more like 50K 'stones (total of all projects)... It makes our graphs look crazy!
NTM that Beta (for me) jumped from 5th on my project list to 3rd...
