Hi all. Figure I run a few stock wu's here at Beta on my 2 X ATI 5850 cards. First notice is from both computors are GUI lag. Comp 1 is win vista 32bit, driver 13.4 running the *8.12*opencl_atiapu_sah.exe Comp 2 is win 7 64 bit, driver 13.4 running the *8.12*opencl_ati_sah.exe comp 1 is experiencing more gui lag then comp 2 but both is experiencing gui lag. I'll run stock app for a couple of days. Any special app i should run here? Is "MB8_win_x86_SSE2_OpenCL_ATi_HD5_r3430.exe" a valid app to run for this "run"?? |

Yes, thats the one. Also you might want to add -sbs 256 -period_iterations_num 80 to your *cmdline*.txt file. With each crime and every kindness we birth our future. |

Thank you Mike. Running now on both machines. Trying different iterations times as you sugested, between 80 and 30. Had some trouble with boincmanager remove *.cl file for unknown reason. Manually adding it a second time and restarting BM worked. :) |
