Just something I've noticed.
On main my Invalids are generally around 5% or less, but vary from 4-8% depending on my wingman.

Here with the smaller number of hosts it's around 24% at the moment.
My CPU v opencl_ati5_SoG_nocal windows_intelx86; on a noisy WU.
My GPU (cuda50) v opencl_nvidia_sah windows_intelx86; on a noisy WU.
My GPU (cuda50) v opencl_nvidia_SoG windows_intelx86; since validated.
My GPU (cuda42) v opencl_nvidia_SoG windows_intelx86; I have extra pulse.
My GPU (cuda50) v opencl_ati5_cat132 windows_intelx86 I have 1 less spike.
My GPU (opencl_nvidia_sah) v opencl_nvidia_sah x86_64-pc-linux-gnu; on noisy WU.
My GPU (cuda50) v opencl_nvidia_SoG x86_64-pc-linux-gnu; on a noisy WU.

On the noisy WUs the total number of signals found is the same, it's just the different applications/platforms classify them differently (Spike, Pulse, Autocorr etc).
Of the 7 Invalids, there were only 2 where the classifications were the same, just the count for one of them was different.
