Does it run Android 2.2.x or earlier? I had the same problem on a HTC Desire, that Android version couldn't link executables,
It was the same when I had tried running NativeBoinc off the SDCard, it wouldn't work for the same reason.

Eric did say he'd look into it, But that was May 2014, and it never happened. There was further talk about pre-Gingerbread devices in Jan 2016, then it went quiet again.

Unfortunately it is 2.2 and it has very little RAM, so only a few project were running in the good old days. Worked for the last years as kitchen radio.
I think it's time to move over to a smartphone that no longer accepts a sim-card.
