This tablet http://setiweb.ssl.berkeley.edu/beta/show_host_detail.php?hostid=81661 is really an old one. But it works, runs native Boinc. And Seti Beta is one of the few project that distribute wu's to this device. Unfortunately they all fail, link_image[2046]: failed to link ../../projects/setiweb.ssl.berkeley.edu_beta/setiathome_8.01_arm-android-linux-gnu__armv7-vfpv3d16-nopie CANNOT LINK EXECUTABLE Is there a way to fix this? Otherwise i have nothing more to do for this device, sadly. |

I had the same problem on a HTC Desire, that Android version couldn't link executables, It was the same when I had tried running NativeBoinc off the SDCard, it wouldn't work for the same reason. hostid=78272 Eric did say he'd look into it, But that was May 2014, and it never happened. There was further talk about pre-Gingerbread devices in Jan 2016, then it went quiet again. Claggy |

Worked for the last years as kitchen radio. I think it's time to move over to a smartphone that no longer accepts a sim-card. Good bye my Point of View! |
