Bjorn has answered this over in his forum:

For the enhanced seti application the progress recalculation doesn't seem to work anymore.
With v4.00 the workunits were finishing around 99%, but with v4.02 there are complete different types of units. The fast ones will finish around 109% and the slow ones will reach 200% or more.
If you've many enhanced workunits, you should disable the "recalculate progress" feature of BoincLogX.
When the enhanced version goes public, I'll most likely remove this feature from BoincLogX. The estimates of the client itself now seem much better than ever before.

Doing this fixes the BoincLogX reporting.
