Wrong bath lands policeman in hot water Sun Apr 17, 2005 05:59 AM ET TOKYO (Reuters) - A Japanese policeman returning from an evening's drinking has landed in hot water after climbing into a relaxing hot bath in someone else's house. The 21-year-old officer from Nara, western Japan, was arrested and charged with unlawful entry after being discovered late on Friday night in the bath tub of a house about 50 yards from his own, police said. "I can't believe it wasn't my bath," NHK television quoted the policeman, who was off duty on the day of the incident, as telling investigators. Source: Reuters |

Man, this is a rather strange story: Kindergartners Accused of Giving Head at School A shocking story surfacing within the La Joya School District has many parents on edge. Police say two six-year old boys were performing sexual acts on each other, on campus... Read more? |

Teachers have better things to do than escort kids to the john to make sure they're not doing anything nasty in there. There are plenty of people who'd volunteer to man video monitors watching for errant bathroom behavior. Teachers should be left to teach lessons- others can check for child perversion...cc |

This is more of a Tech news flash rather than funny or weird news. This is a warning for those of you that may be using P2P programs. MP3 zapping malware worms onto P2P network By John Leyden, The Register Apr 22 2005 7:45AM The Nopir-B worm, which appears to have originated in France, poses on P2P networks as a program to make copies of commercial DVDs. In reality the application offers no such function. Instead it attempts to delete MP3 music files on infected PCs. Nopir-B also attempts to disable various system utilities and wipe .COM programs whilst displaying an anti-piracy graphic. Nopir-B only infects Windows machines.... read more |

This is a somewhat old story, but it's the first time that I've heard it. It would be something to worry about if true. ALIENS CAPTURE TOP-SECRET NASA MOON BASE! By PETE THERMOPULOUS A super-secret NASA moon base -- code-named Project Prometheus -- was recently assaulted and captured by aliens, according to a high-ranking NASA official who spoke only on condition of anonymity. NASA's little known Alien Threat Response Team, based at the Johnson Space Center in Houston, is holding around-the-clock meetings to craft a counterattack, along with a defense plan, should the aliens decide to launch further attacks against Earth itself. NASA officials vehemently deny the story, but the agency has been abuzz with the activities on the moon.... Read the full shocking story |

No wonder the show has a USAF technical advisor. Or maybe there just aren't enough cool-sounding Greek names to go around. |
