Right now my computer is processing 3 tasks and only has 4 ready to start. But 32 with validation pending. At this rate, it will be out of work by tonight. With no work coming from my other projects - Asteroids and Rosetta, my computer will be idle. What's a cruncher to do? Steve Gaber Oldsmar, FL |

I joined Science United on one PC and am getting thousands of MilkyWay@home tasks, both CPU and GPU. Tullio |

Is your cache setting very low for some reason? Your cpu is very low powered with a low APR and high turnaround times. You might get more work if you increased your cache settings to 10 days. Be careful what you ask for. I set the cache for 10 days' work and now have 127 tasks ready to start. Plus 45 Rosetta projects. Whew! :>) Steve Gaber Oldsmar, FL |

You must adjust the size of the cache to fit your needs, from 0.01 to 10 days. Maybe 1 or 2 days will be better in your case. Only you could find your own swett spot. ![]() |
