I used to run seti@home on windows, and I really liked the graphical screensaver, because it let me see what data it was actually crunching, specifically right ascension, declination and frequency. Now, I've switched to linux, and I understand that there is no graphics for linux. So be it, but I really miss knowing what data my computer is actually working on.

Is there really no way to extract right ascension, declination and frequency in BOINC?

You need to parse that data out of each task in your cache. The tasks can viewed with a text editor. The RA/DEC values are right at the top of the file.

Great! Do you know where they are stored?

I am not understanding the question.

Do I know where the RA/DEC values are? At the very top of the WU file.

Do I know where the tasks are stored??

Assuming you are speaking of the actual WU's. Then the project directory and its files and WU's are located at:
/var/lib/boinc-client/projects/setiathome.berkeley.edu
