I am trying to make heads or tails of my Ubuntu logs. Specifically what physical device it is referring to when it says "Error". Are there any easy to understand resources out there? Tom A proud member of the OFA (Old Farts Association). |

I’m aware. Tom gave a lot more detail in the other thread and I’m trying to avoid having him waste time doing things he doesn’t need to do. He’s getting pciport errors in his system log files very similar to what I experienced and fixed here: https://setiathome.berkeley.edu/forum_thread.php?id=83613&postid=1967880#1967880 Seti@Home classic workunits: 29,492 CPU time: 134,419 hours ![]() ![]() |
