I uninstalled BOINC and reinstalled it onto a new drive. Now BOINC and SETI won't give my CPU any tasks to process. Only my 1080 GPU card is working.

I set BOINC to use 93% of my CPU (100% / 16 cores * 15 cores = 93.75%).

What am I missing? Am I getting caught up in the big outage here still?

Ooops! Never mind.... tasks just came outta nowhere and my fans spun up like a tornado. :)
