Thanks Carlos for the privileged of taking out another TLPTPHW.

Anyhow we're now at 28C (feels like 27C) outside while inside my wind tunnel it's 22C (feels like 19C).

Now for the rules:
-------------

1. The winner of the last thread starts the new one with a post of these rules.
2. Chooses a future event which triggers the winner, e.g. post number, date-time, and records it privately somehow (yellow sticky, etc.)
3. Everyone has fun posting until the target event is reached.
4. When the target is reached, the old winner posts a declaration of the new winner and also PMs them.
5. Shortly after this a Mod will lock the recently won thread. (My preference is for the winner to ask the mods to lock the old thread after the new one is started.)
6. No double posts. Violators buy drinks or a meal for the house in Rocky's.
7. Additional rule retained from the last round - No posts that APPEAR to be blank - these will be ignored or deleted. (Sig lines do not count as part of a post)
8. No picture-only posts - not all pictures we link to show on everyone's computers & phones.

Congrats, Wiggo. I had planned to award it to the first person to say Happy New Year in the new year. You and Vic both said it before the start of the new year, but no one said it except me, so this was my alternative.
Merry Little Christmas.

I was tempted to say "Happy Newt Year", but no I didn't.

I wasn't and still aren't in a very happy mood, nervous and apprehensive even, the 6th will be interesting, oops that's Monday.

On Monday I get to ship a box back to Amazon with a HUGE Label and after that go shopping for some food.

New shoes and paper towels should be shipped soon, like on the 13th or so.

I need to order a tire pressure gauge and socks, lime green touch up paint, 5mil freezer bags, Bayer aspirin back and body, a color safe bleach like oxi clean.

One of my tires is at 28, actually 2 tires are but only 1 is raising an alarm, the tire looks ok, it probably needs some air Chevy said no more than 35psi, the last guy who put in air in raised it to 38psi on the left rear, I lowered the left rear to 32psi, this one is for the right rear.

Oh and if you are on the 15 going from Barstow CA to Las Vegas NV, Eddie World has gas and electricity, but no air for your tires, they said all were defective at once and removed them all, so there is no air there for your tires. Complain to management, maybe they'll listen.

Thanks again Carlos and you too Gary.

Well what a day, winning the opportunity to start a new thread on my youngest son's 29th birthday while my youngest daughter (30.5yrs old) just informed me that it's her turn to make me a grand dad again.

Cheers.

Thanks Mike, Carlos and McDuck.

Grandchildren are a great way to keep grandparents busy.
They may keep some busy, but seeing as I live hours of driving away from them this grandparent gets an easy life. :-)

As the sun begins to rise here it's 11C (feels like 10C) with 27C expected before another bout of wet weather arrives.

Anyhow it's time to turn the kettle on.

Cheers.

Not to be able to see some of them is bothering us much more.

It's now up to sunny 21C (feels like 20C) and according to the radars that wet weather is still a while away so it looks like I'll be able to reply to some correspondence around at the post office before getting a couple of beers in on the way back home.

Anyhow I've tended my veggies so I might as well get my last coffee for the morning in, though it is a bit early for that.

Cheers.

Thanks Vic, that'll be #6 and the 1st of my 2nd generation of kids.

Well we've hit a muggy 27C as the sky clouds over and that falling wet stuff gets closer.

Anyhow the bill has been paid and a few beers enjoyed so now it's time for a spinal reset to see if I can get rid of this railway spike that's being driven into my hip all day.

Cheers.

All this talk about relationships makes me feel like a shut in. And I don’t mind it to much.

Just watched a sunrise that would put many sunsets to shame with its glorious bright red and stormy clouds. We're in for a rough day :-(

It is diffidently winter woolies weather outside. I call it inventory time if you go outside. Basically count all your body parts before going outside and do another count to see if anything has frozen off.

Posting on a Hump Day morning where it's currently 12C (feels like 11C), but that could fall a bit more as yet, with a damp 21C expected.

Just waiting for that big light to come on now.

Cheers.

Thanks Martin.

As the odd splash of sunshine peeks through we're now up to 18C (feels like 16C) and I'm about to have my last coffee for the morning.

Cheers.
